Haiti - FLASH : Concacaf W U-17 Championship, our Grenadières pulverize Barbados [12-0]

This Sunday, August 27, 2023, as part of the U-17 Women's Championship of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF), our young Grenadières faced the "Tridents" of Barbados on the lawn of the San Cristobal Pan American Stadium in the Dominican Republic

Our Grenadières were merciless for the "Tridents" of Barbados overwhelmed by the quality of play of Marc Ogé's team.

The Haitian defense was impeccable and left no chance to the opposing attackers.

The Haitian women's U-17 selection easily took first place in Group B with a crushing victory [12-0], (halftime [9-0]) at the expense of the "Tridents" of Barbados.

Goals:

Pierreline Nazon: 1', 41', 66'

Derline Saindate: 12', 39', 58'

Lourdjina Etienne: 15', 25', 87'

Nehemiah Sainvilus: 9'

Aslie Laguerre: 16’

Yvena Murat: 30 mins

Starting XI:

The young Grenadières are ahead of Cuba, winner [6-0] of Barbados on August 25, thanks to a better goal difference (+12) against (+6) while the two teams each have 3 points.

The Haitian team will therefore dispute the leadership of the group against Cuba on Tuesday, August 29 and a draw will be enough for the happiness of the Grenadières who will have achieved the objective of finishing in first place in the Group, a position giving access to the next phase of this Concacaf U17 women's championship, qualifier for the final phase of the FIFA World Cup in the summer of 2024.
